HOW IT WORKS

GPS 911 is an emergency SMS PANIC button system which enables you and your family members to instantly notify an ARMED RESPONSE COMPANY as well as your neighbours, friends and family that you are in urgent need of assistance, by the pressing of a designated cell phone button.

On registration you and your family members / colleagues each indicate which 10 cell-phone numbers will receive your alert signal. Each person is pre-informed that should there be an ALERT SMS be received from your phone, that you are in danger either at your office or residence. When an ALERT SMS is sent it contains the persons name and the subscribed address as well as the specific unit number in the complex or office block.

The time taken for the ALERT SMS to reach your 10 person response NET is approximately 30 seconds!

A pre-programmed contact number will be supplied to you once you become a member for you to attach to the number 5 on your phone which sends an IMMEDIATE CALL to the GPS 911 call centre.

In an emergency you SPEED DIAL the number 5 button on your cell phone.
GPS 911 receives the call and using the caller ID, identifies the member and immediately sends an ALERT SMS to all 10 listed recipients.
The 10 Recipients that are contacted consist of 4 pre-assigned numbers as indicated by the red figurines, with the balance consisting of individuals selected by you.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Complete the registration form which is attached and EMAIL or FAX back to us. Our DATA CAPTURERS will capture your information onto the GPS 911 system on your behalf. Within twelve hours of completing and sending the info via EMAIL you will receive an activation SMS confirming that you, your family and SMS ALERT recipients are now activated on the GPS 911 system.
