Goodwill Protection Services have contracted the services EMPOWERLOGIC.

The aim is to reach at least 110% by the 2009 financial yearend. This target is already well within our reach due to the two new scholarships and two learnerships made available to our employees and several other commitments that will be reflected in our latest score card.

We internally upgrade our guards when positions become available, and are currently doing internal interviews to appoint another supervisor from the ranks. The supervisors also have profit share holding clause in their employment contracts to ensure optimum level of service is rendered. All new guards get placed on sites where there are experienced GPS guards and some of the experienced guards are then placed on new sites.

There have been educational school bursaries allocated to two of our most loyal and productive staff members to be utilized for their children. In conjunction with this we have allocated three learnerships this year, to our staff that wishes to further their qualifications in the Security Industry.
